Patient was a case of Ca Rectum post operation and chemotherapy with recurrence in anal canal. After treatment with herbo-mineral preparations for 9 months, she has complete tumor regression with no symptoms of cancer elsewhere.

Patient was a known case of NHL – follicular type. He was on chemotherapy R-CHOP for 6 months followed by recurrence twice in abdominal lymphnodes. He developed fatigue and gastritis due to the pressure from abdominal lymphnodes. On repeated biopsy it came out to be DLBCL, an aggressive form of NHL. He was on Ayurvedic medicines for 8 months followed by a PET scan which revealed abdominal node regression with no new node formation. He lives a happy life since 2 years.

Patient is a known case of Ca left Breast – Her2 positive. She underwent lumpectomy followed by 3 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy. She had severe side-effects from chemo like hairfall, peripheral neuropathy, nail bed infection etc. She was on Ayurveda immunotherapy for next 6 months following which her symptoms came down completely. A follow-up PET scan showed no signs of cancer in the breast. She leads a perfectly normal life since 3 years.

This 10 year old was diagnosed a high risk AML with myelodysplasia related changes in view of the monosomal karyotype. He presented to CMC, Vellore for further management. He was treated with induction chemotherapy with 7+3 regimen following which he was found to be in morphological complete remission. Sabith and his family were offered the option of alternative donor stem cell transplantation and they opted for haploidentical stem cell transplantation from the parents. However his disease relapsed again. He came to us with 40% blast cells, platelet count 23000, Hb – 8.7 and WBC count of 2600. The option of further chemotherapy was discussed with the patient. However, the caregivers of the patient did not consent for further treatment. He was given Ayurvedic medicines for 3 months and blood picture came to normal.
